I used that style of equipment to ski in the woods behind
our house (which is still our house) when I was a kid. It
was out-dated even then, I'm not that old, but I only had
that "bear-trap" equipment or alpine equipment, so that
was my "cross-country" setup. I think I still have the
skis.
Should we have an antique equipment display, or demo,
at the DHASH Spring Party Mar 22 (see
dhash4vt.org for
details)?
