guideline reminders

Of late there have been a few more than minor infractions with regard to

adherence to the guidelines.

First, everyone needs to sign their messages with their full name. 

Guidelines require that every message be signed with your full name. 

Thank you for complying.

Secondly, there are some who need to remember to trim their messages.

Please quote only what is relevant. It makes it much easier for other members

to scan through and respond to threads when we follow this practice.
