Seeking in-house E>J translator (as well as J>E translator)

Dear Yakkers,

Apologies for the cross-post.

I wrote on May 1 that my team is expanding and we're looking for a J>E translator (thank you to those who have already applied). Now we're also looking for an E>J translator.

Descriptions for both in-house positions are below.

McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, seeks a full-time, in-house English-to-Japanese translator for its Tokyo office.
 
The successful candidate would
- translate presentation materials and other written documents from English to Japanese 
- edit Japanese-language communications to ensure clarity of expression, appropriate level of detail, correct use of grammar, and consistency.
 
We welcome applications from university graduates who are native-level Japanese speakers fluent in both spoken and written English. They should be outstanding writers and editors of Japanese and have at least three years' experience in a communications-related field.
 
To excel in this role, you must be adept at managing multiple deadlines and work well under pressure. Familiarity with business and economic concepts is essential. You should have a passion for clear, compelling prose and charts, and be able to apply rigorous logic as well as take creative leaps. You must be confident of commanding respect from demanding colleagues and feel comfortable working on your own and in teams. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity are required.
