Node.js and Ruby... 2 of the hottest technologies right now. I want to form (hopefully more than 1) team from Hicap for Node KO and Rails Rumble?

Who is interested? You don't need to be an expert. Just the drive to want to learn and program. Oh yeah, and to make friends too!

Info:

There are members at Hicap and friends that know and use these technologies on a daily basis so it's a good opportunity for you folks that could use something more refreshing than your (insert language) that you code in everyday. If you're already doing Ruby/Node, then great. Come help out! We need all of you.

Who's interested?

I may be interested in this Rails Rumble thing... is there some sort of theme? Or can you make anything you want?

I've been writing simple node apps and learning cakephp over the summer so I'll definitely be down to help out.

I'm actually interested since I'm trying to learn rails. I'm also down for Node but I don't have much experience with that either.

If you guys are still trying to form a team I'd be interested with the rails. I would also be down to learning node and help out if possible.

Let's do some team forming when I get back. You guys should start talking to each other too! Come up with some great ideas! :)

This event is over now right?  Can someone un-pin it from the topics list (in google groups web view)?
