Does anyone have recommendations for a conductive marker? I want to
draw conductive lines on a T-shirt for the MakeyMakey.

I'm looking at this conductive marker right now, but it takes a long
time to ship and is rather expensive:

How long are the lines you want to run?

When I last looked into this to help my Nephew out with his ideas for a line of rave gloves and other clothing gear, we prototyped with an arduino and conductive thread:

I've also got a crapload of DigiSparks coming in via KickStarter (personal inventory for future projects), which could make this kind of application more feasible than running off of a traditional Arduino.

Thanks Laurence, the conductive thread looks like it will work quite
nicely. So I've ordered some (along with some Lilypad pieces).

The DigiSparks looks interesting, I just wish I knew about them before
the kickstarter ended.

I'd agree with the conductive thread. I saw some folks also mash up graphite (pencil lead) and mix it with ink. Sounds pretty resistive though.

Teensy, DigiSpark TinyLily etc are great for small wearables
And yes. Conductive thread is the best way to do this sort of thing.
I bought a big spool of it a while back and it makes a great stash for your space.
Mine got used up for classes on sewing electronics.
