technology like C#, ASP.NET AJAX, JQuery, SQL Server**
2+ years of SharePoint 2010 development experience which should include*

*Advanced knowledge of SharePoint's out of the box capabilities and how to
properly extend SharePoint’s functionality**
SharePoint components including templates, workflows, user
authentication/authorization
Customizing web parts, user control and application pages
Strong knowledge of Publishing features
Developed external-facing company SharePoint Sites required – will be able
to provide reference
Hands-on experience with SharePoint configuration and deployment automation
for enterprise level solutions
Strong understanding of Feature, packaging, Web Template
Strong experience using PowerShell, SharePoint Object Model , SharePoint
programming & performance best practices
Worked on multilingual sites, variations and localization
Familiar with instrumentation
Understand FAST Search and how to customize search
Can delegate work and mentor team members
