> The Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating technical solutions for
> management reporting needs. In addition, this person will analyze all
> reports to ensure accuracy. The analyst should also participate in
> streamlining processes and increasing the efficiency and automation of
> reporting functions.
> *RESPONSIBILITIES*
> · Gather requirements from management to create technical solutions such
> as reports, models, tracking tools, etc.
> · Facilitate end-user support
> · Maintain and optimize all existing management reports for all areas
> · Create and run recurring and ad hoc reports for various levels of
> management
> · Analyze reports to ensure accuracy
> · Play a lead role in the optimization and automation of reports
> · Develop effective analytical reporting using data from multiple sources
> · Complete other special projects as assigned

> *REQUIREMENTS*
> · Advanced MS Excel, Access, Reporting Services
> · Advanced SQL querying and Database knowledge
> · Advanced Crystal knowledge
> · Must be able to accurately document processes and procedures
> · Working knowledge of Visio
> · Strong understanding of relational databases and database structure
> · Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to
> formulate solutions to non-routine problems
> · Self-starter and capable of working independently
> · Able to work accurately and efficiently under intense time pressure
> · Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple projects
> · Excellent communication skills
> · Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of management and
> end-users
> · 5 years’ experience in business or financial analyst role
> · Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field preferred
