Town filled with raised beds, crops and a sign that says "Free. Pick
what you need"?

Hi folks,

Can anyone out there give me some experienced recommendations on how to cure / preserve garlic here in the Front Range. I fear that it will totally dehydrate and get hard if I just hang it from my rafters like some web sites suggest.
