Curbside composting

I'm planning to sign up and try these folks - has anyone ever used them?  For $20/month they will compost everything, including the leaves and garden waste that is piling up in my back yard.   We usually bring that to Hageman in the fall and spring but it's getting to be quite a chore.   Although I have a small compost bin, it would be nice to recycle the cat waste, the meat products, the coffee cups and Chipotle bowls, paper towels, shiny freezer boxes etc :)

Unfortunately, we are already at the smallest size trash can, so it won't help there... Oh, wait - there is another option too, which is pay-per-bag - that might make it even cheaper - I'll have to look into it. ( http://www.gallegossanitation.com/Services/Bag%26Tag.html )  I suspect it won't help due to our homeowner's rate though.
 
Any thoughts on curbside composting?

Hello everyone-

Mulberry Community Gardens will happily take your compostable goods
from you. There is a gentleman in our group (Fred Genske) who picks up
compost from a few businesses in town, and we may be able to convince
him to help set up a residential pick up. Also, if you would like, you
can bring your compostable goods to the gardens location at 2310 W.
Mulberry St. Unfortunately, we are not composting meat products. We
are also in need of some carbon, so if you have any extra leaves
laying around you can bring them to us, or let us know where they are,
and I will come and pick them up.
