You know How when you click on a web page or a text file, a windows
opens on the desk top and then when you click on **another** of the
same file type, another window opens a little off from the first. I
would like that feature...
Here is my specification if I were writing the program: a box of 15
by 15 picels where the left upper corner could land. The window would
always be the same size. each window corner could **not** be be closer
than 3 picels to the pervious window opened... [thus in a box of 15 x
15 there would be 6 squared = 36 places where the corner could land]
