What do to about non-unique window class?

I'm trying to define hotkey to Unhide Thunderbird.
Unfortunately, Thunderbird's Windowclass is the same as the one for
Firefox ("MozillaUIWindowClass"), so the hotkey unhides the last
Firefox window and not Thunderbird?
Is there a way around this?
