we have discovered:
if you thoroughly mix a few drops of acrylic paint (water-based) in with caulk before smearing it on your glove, the caulk cures very very fast (removable from hand in 5-10 minutes; playable in a few hours).
the additional benefit is that it colors the caulk. so you could mix in black paint to get a black glove.
similarly, you could mix green or blue paint and get one glove that contrasts both sticks.
