The following is no good in IE

I got it to work by replacing with this:
Element.Methods.childWithClass = function(el, klass) {

el.childElements().each(functi on(el2) {
if(ret==null && el2.hasClassName(klass)) ret=el2;

Ugh. I'll take a look into it. Hobo 0.9.102 should work better for
you. (make sure to update to a matching hobo-rapid.js).

Yes, your correction would avoid the problem.
The change clearly states that <old-card> is only
available within <extend>, and that the alias
must be done 'before' the <extend>.

Now that I've got the page at least loading right in IE7, I've run
into some other problems with hobo-rapid.js that I think might be
related to the issue discussed in [link]
. I get "Object doesn't support this property or method" on stuff
like this:

It's always the simple things.... Git tells me I had a #udate method
in PeopleController as well as EventsController: the two models with
which I had problems. I was supposed to be logged in as an
administrator, but I can't confirm now. I'd have to reinvestigate.

Hmmm, a magic Hobo form should always create a PUT or a POST request.
Is there a typo in the quoted paragraph?
You can vary the method by passing method="get" to form.

just to be clear, your problem would have been avoided if I had made
this change to the DRYML manual:
-The one thing to notice there is that the "old" version of `<card>`,
i.e. the one that was active before you're extension, is available as
`<old-card>`. That's about all there is to it.

Your problem was the relationship you describe is many units to
variable, while you're trying to reference a single unit. Easier than
having to do the find, is to use the associations themselves.
v = Variable.create(...)
v.units.create(...) #automatically assigns the newly created unit to v

Line 715 has an extraneous comma that breaks pages in ie7

figured out that I was building the database backwards and had my
belongs_to and has_many directions switched. Sorry. -J

Hi all, I just discovered Hobo and it seems great, but I'm trying to
wrap my head around the differences from Rails w/o Hobo (while I try
to wrap my head around Ruby/Rails, coming from Python).
Anyway, I can't find any way to explicitly reference another column,
but it occurs to me that I may be misunderstanding how Hobo is using
