I patched Hobo::Scopes::ScopeBuilder#exists_sql_condition to honor
optional :conditions that an assoiciation might have:

Hello Gert,

I've applied your patch and am running the tests to make sure it didn't
break anything we test. I haven't actually confirmed that your patch
works. It should be fairly trivial to modify
http://github.com/tablatom/hobo/blob/master/hobo/doctest/scopes.rdoctest
to test your enhancement. Would you mind doing so?
