hledger-web mockups; regular-i and big-i

regular-i is a normal-use view, with an "i" for color.
I'm not sure I don't prefer the previous grey look, but thought I'd
have a whack at a theme.
I call this one navy-buff.

A few more visual-feature-requests and clean up,
big-i is "all-open" and has some help text and cuter edit dialog.
