We are delighted to announce that the world renowned Shakespeare's
Globe Theatre are bringing Romeo and Juliet to Alnwick Castle.

The Globe recreates its original touring company, which last toured
the country 400 years ago.

Performing on the Outer Bailey Lawns, displaying stunning views of
Alnwick Castle and its Capability Brown landscape, the production
will, as in years gone by, recreate a vibrant and exciting Elizabethan
play within a relaxed atmosphere.

Performances are to be held on the following evenings 24th, 25th &
26th August.
