Looking for short term Ruby help (and medium term and long term)

Hi everyone

Due to a variety of reasons I have a number of clients and potential clients looking for work.

I really need some assistance with some term work for a couple of clients, as some people needed to take time off for personal reasons.

Also, I'm looking for assistance in the medium and long term.
