SANYO HD 1000 H.264 Full HD 1920*1080P video editing

I got a SANYO HD 1000 video camera and created shots of 1920*1080 H.264
MPEG4 video. However, I cannot find out a software to stitch or edit the
video files into a single one. Can anyone tell me what software can do this
job for me? I have Nero 8.0 and Ulead Video Studio 11. Nero said that it
can but the program failed during the course of editing. Video Studio 11
cannot read the file. So, please help.
