兩岸和解啟動台灣新政局

國共兩黨迅速走向歷史大和解，不但啟動了兩岸前所未有的政經版圖重整，同時也衝擊著戰後台灣政局的基本結構。對外來說，兩岸和解將使美日台聯
盟面臨調整；對內來說，國共和解也將使台灣的政黨體系重新定位。
五月在台北舉行的「國際經濟金融論壇」，日本產經新聞台北支局長山本 已經感受到台灣「傾中離日」的變化：焦點不再是「美日台」三角關係，而
是「中美台」新三角關係，台北新共識是中國將取代日本領導區域經濟，並把新三角關係視為台灣經濟復甦的關鍵。
山本表示，全球不景氣加速了兩岸交流，六十年來「東亞最大火藥庫」台灣海峽才不過一年，就變身為「兩岸同胞和平發展」的舞台，國際社會一時還
不知如何適應。影響所及，兩岸合作已經促成了中國抬頭，很可能因此改變東亞勢力均衡，台灣地區「美日的存在感已經越來越單薄」。
兩岸和解造成美日在台灣的角色淡化，同時也意味著台灣在美日東亞布局的角色調整。這對台灣既可能是危機，也可能是轉機。對於未來情勢的不同判
斷，使台灣內部衍生出「危機派」和「轉機派」的新政治分歧。
「危機派」強調地緣政治危機，認為台灣將因兩岸和解失去美日信任，降低台灣在東亞戰略地位，為避免孤獨面對中國，台灣必須凸顯主權和反對開
放，才能重新鞏固美日台聯盟。由於這種國安掛帥的冷戰反共論述，原本就是戰後台灣六十年的政治基調，泛綠「危機派」竟不自覺產生政治返祖現象，使台獨滑
向國家威權主義。為了反中保台，開始稱許剛成立的「台灣青年反共救國團」，甚至還接受兩蔣「反共必勝、建國必成」的冷戰口號！
「轉機派」則強調全球經濟重整，認為面對中國經濟崛起，舊有的美日台聯盟已經失去政治基礎，台灣必須另謀出路。明顯例證，是前美國駐台代表、
最著名的親台派卜睿哲並未凸顯台灣安全危機，反而公開稱讚馬政府的兩岸開放路線。美中在全球經濟危機下，已經形成實質的G2共生體；日本即使在台灣海峽
產生「存在感」危機，也難以阻擋兩岸和解，更可能在經濟上萌生「打不過，只好更快加入」的現實思維，加快與台灣簽訂自由貿易協定，以便充分利用兩岸經濟
整合的巨大商機。
面對國際情勢的急遽轉變，敏於思考的前總統李登輝也及時拋出「中台新主張」，從凸顯主權的「兩國論」轉向強調交往的「兩岸朋友論」，主張台灣
應在「親美日」之外，也要「和中」，不但要正面交往，還要深化交流。這種跳脫冷戰反共的擴大交往論，正和陸續部署訪中的民進黨縣市長不謀而合。
事實上，李登輝「兩岸朋友論」並非獨派新主張。早在九八年七月，尚未執政的民進黨祕書長邱義仁即曾在首度訪中後公開表示，民進黨「為了因應新
的政治形勢，不能老是扮黑臉」，並嚴詞指出「如果執政的國民黨白臉扮得太差，民進黨卻一直扮黑臉，只會誤國誤民」。
只會凸顯國安危機、只會標舉冷戰反共、只會繼續扮黑臉，是民進黨最方便的政治表態。但這種明哲保身，不但不能挽回美日台政治聯盟，還可能在迅
速的中美台經濟整合中邊緣化。民進黨如不能掌握全球經濟的重整情勢，重新定位台灣發展策略，並使自己轉型為兩岸交往的正面角色，未來恐怕會危機大於轉
機。

These pictures are the pictures of abianchen cunt, aka meichi for the
following reasons:
1: She herself had admitted taking part in a Taiwan clothing
manufacturing company's fashion show before I even realized there
were pictures of that fashion show on that website.
2: She has completely erased that website. If she is NOT Meichi,
she would not know, would not care, would not have erased that
website.
The only reason it was erased is because I have found out who she
