A book I have heard is good is The triathlete's training bible, I haven't read it myself, the size put me off!
If you need an online tool to track your training then training peaks is pretty good and it is free for the basic package.
If you are actually looking for a coach, then again there are options - there is a plethora of online coaching out there and there are coaches in Hong Kong. Andrew Wright at Tribal in Happy Valley offers coaching so it may be worth reaching out to him.
