grammar for todo.pl and braindump

Where can these be found? I'm seeing that some text automagically
infers a due date after the words "at" or "on". I've seen references
to projects. Tags seem to go inside []'s. A due date also seems to
go inside []'s. What other keywords go inside []'s.

In general, what is the grammar? Is the grammar identical for todo.pl
and for the braindump areas (both on the site and from todo.pl)?
