Honeywell Xenon 1902 scanners we were told are the replacement model for the Honeywell 4820 scanners

We have received the scanners, and programmed them as we would the 4820, but they will not stop chirping in the base.

We have reset settings, overrode locks, etc..and cannot get them to stop trying to link while in the base.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Have a Great Day!
