MSP and Series patients

I am curious if anyone uses a process other than filling out the MSP for EVERY series visit. Apparently, it is only required every 90 days, but our users are having to fill it out every 30 days when the series accounts re-admit.
Does anyone else use a different process besides filling out the MSP at every visit? And if so, could you please share?? We don’t want to carry over the MSP information as I am worried that it will not get updated at time of registration.
