All these syllables with a dot below are used in words coming from
Arabic and Persian, as devanagari didn't has these sounds, a dot below
was used for differentiating.
for फ़ your lips should not touch but rather upper teeth touching
lower lips and exhale. many people pronounce it wrongly same as फ
in the case of ग़, the only difference is that the sound originates
from the upper throat and not upper side of the mouth.
