I have a question about this syllable, फ with dot sign. I thought that it is always pronounced rather without 'p' in the beginning - 'fa', and not 'pha'. But I heard, that some hindus pronounce it also 'pha' (also in the word सिर्फ़) Is there any difference, how to pronounce it?

Second question: there is also a syllable ग़(ग with dot sign). How it differs from a somple ग ? Where should I place my tongue to, in order to pronounce it correctly?
