Warm up

200 Choice (no free)

Stroke Drill

200 kick (100 w/board - 100 w/out)

4 x 25 Stroke count (stretch and glide)

4 x 50  Breath every third stroke.

Main

2 x 500 (200 Race Pace, 300 Recover)

Cool Down

200 Choice (no free)
