kids tri camps & CLIF scholarship opportunity for kids

Just wanted to let you know about some kids triathlon camp and scholarship opportunities:

1) UT rec sports triathlon camp

The price for the camp on June 10-14 is $150 for the week.  Ages 6-15.  Time: 8:30 am to non.

3) Scholarship opportunity from CLIF Kid: 

An awesome opportunity to spark kid’s imaginations while also giving them a chance at a $10,000 education scholarship, a bike and a helmet (for prizes!), as well as a chance to get flown out to CA for the finale!

When we were kids, we played outside a lot, even with the allure of TV and video games. But kids today are playing outside less than their parents did. Increased technology screen time has resulted in decreased imaginative, outdoor play.

To reverse the trend, CLIF Kid is helping kids return to outdoor play with the 3rd Annual Backyard Game of the Year – a nationwide contest that invites kids to create original backyard game ideas for a chance to win big prizes!
