Good day,
We have done this workout once before. Watch the video, see the hesitation when they place their hand under the board before reaching ahead. Then watch the snap. They guy really looks like he is throwing water out behind him.

This will be the last email to the group, but I wanted to send out the links one more time. As you know, my son Amadeo has Muscular Dystrophy. This means that the joy we get from a hard workout is something he cannot experience. As he exercises, his
muscles cannot repair themselves. As of today, there is no cure and no long-term treatment, but research is moving very quickly. Fundraisers like the annual Muscle Walk fund the research. Any donation will be so very appreciated! :)
24 days until the MDA Muscle Walk! Thanks to everyone who has donated and/or is planning to walk with us!!! We are currently in 2nd place for overall donations and a little more than halfway to our goal. Awesome!
If you plan on walking, be sure to sign up on the [ http://www2.mda.org/site/TR?team_id=6965&fr_id=1394&pg=team ]Team page and reply to this email (not Reply All) and let me know your T-Shirt size by Feb 5th.
If you plan on donating, you can use the [ http://www2.mda.org/site/TR?team_id=6965&fr_id=1394&pg=team ]Team page as well so it all gets collected under Team Andrade. Come on 1st place!
Feel free to share this with anyone you think would be interested in participating.
If you have any questions or problems with the site, please let me know.
Love,
