Here is what I have brewed several times and always like the outcome. More than welcome to discuss changes I found a nice article on the Brewers Association site about this style and was surprised at the amount of sugar additions so that may be a good idea to help out brewers who are pushing the limit of their mash tun with this much grain. I know I need to bust out my big tun to brew this. A 10 Gal igloo is pushing it.
