Dear Tom,

Please read the manual carefully before you ask a question. Most of the FAQ questions only applies to previous version of VABS. Since your question is pretty representative, I am also forwarding it to the Group.

Dear Dr. Yu,

I have downloaded the VABS zip file but am unable to run the program.  When I right-click on the file VABSIII.exe and click "Open," a DOS window appears for a split-second and then disappears.  On the Google group FAQ page, it states that during such a situation I should prepare the input data according to instructions specified in the file ReleaseNotes.dat.  However, the zip file did not contain such a file.  I have also tried right-clicking on VABSIII.exe and then clicking "Run as..." but then I receive a warning message which states: "This application has failed to start because Constitutive.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem."  The thing is, the file Constitutive.dll is in the zip file.  I have re-downloaded and extracted the zip file several times and I still keep getting this same error message.
