Update on GEBT and GEBT-AD, Version 4.1

Dear All,

I recently updated GEBT with a new sparse solver and eigen solver, all from public domain, which implies now I should have no license issues to keep the GEBT code free to anybody who is interested. And also fixed a few bugs found by users from Georgia Tech and AFRL.
