Of course, Thermax HD is kind of a specialized product - it's for
barns and so on - but really I think going straight to Dow is the way
to get this sorted out.

Very weird. PIMA, the manufacturer's association for this stuff, says
that over-all 4 billion board feet of polyiso are used every year. I
wonder if this is a regional problem - I know people on the east
coast who have built four or five hexayurts this year using materials
from Home Depot and never hit a supply problem.
That makes me think it's a west coast supply issue.
As for the price, yeah, $17 a board is a little high, but if you want
to keep costs down, try the 6' Stretch Hexayurt - plans are on the site.
