·         Support for strongly typed GP: no

·         Support for Koza’s ADF: yes (Subroutine: Create/Delete/Duplicate, Argument: Create/Delete/Duplicate)

·         Support for ephemeral random constants: yes

·         Support for checkpoints: partial. In HL you can pause, save, load and resume a running algorithm at any time. But it does not yet support automatic snapshots at fixed time intervals

·         Tools to manage the output: not sure what you inquire. The symbolic regression models can be exported to MATLAB and LaTeX. Symbolic regression models can be simplified automatically and pruned (replace sub-trees through constants) manually. Live updates of the GUI (accuracy metrics and charts) help when manipulation solutions.

And which tools  HL gives to manage the output? (everything important, for instance like 'editing' for symbolic regression)
