Hello everyone – Thank you for another successful H.E.R.S Christmas party.
Some things that were discussed and coming down the pike for the 2014 :
I will be creating a new email group list for H.E.R.S. We need to get all the active members on the group list.
Marilyn is going to create a monthly calendar that we can access through the group email. This will display all of our upcoming meetings, events etc...
We will take a “before” picture in January and an after in July. My son is a photographer in the making so I can ask him to take our pics if that is ok with everyone.
Linda is having surgery in January so we discussed having a movie night/game night and she is also hosting a margarita night. We will also check in
on her since she will be off her stride for 3 months.
We want to find a larger venue for our meetings. We want to do this so that we can not only meet and talk but have enough room to exercise.
Since we had such a nice time we talked about getting together more often for outings and meeting for group exercise.
Rosalind joined Healthworks so she will be joining Sharon and other Healthworks members . I think we all need a little extra push/pull to exercise
So we had our last meeting of 2013. Looking forward to working with everyone to make 2014 even more successful than 2013.
