Subject: More Windows issues, after gem install
Hello all, I tried this before with heroku gem version 0.7 and failed,
figured I'd give it a try with 0.8. It feels like I'm really close,
but I think I'm still missing a piece of the puzzle somewhere. I got
the gems installed, and the ssh keys all straightened out, but now
(from the quickstart guide)  when I run "heroku create", I get the
following output:

Created http://pure-fog-88.heroku.com/ | g...@heroku.com:pure-
fog-88.git
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Git remote heroku added

Which almost looks like it works. You can navigate to the url, and get
a welcome page. I don't think the git repo is ever getting created
though, if "git push heroku master" (also from the quickstart guide) I
get the following output:

fatal: 'heroku' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

I'm curious if anyone has actually gotten heroku to work properly on
Windows, or if any one has seen this error before and may be able to
propose a solution.

Thanks,
Brad
