HL2 is not discoverable on PC

Hello, I am trying to figure out what might be wrong with my HL2.

I have a link lite and no data lights.

I have tried to use the Automatic BIAS adjustment tool and it can not find the rig either.

I opened the case and the nomenclature says it is a "Hermes-Lite 2.0 Build 9"

Is there a repair person who has advertised on the Groups.io list for help?

Hi Ken, 

can you make sure you are disconnected from the radio, so check if thetis is running or not in task manager. When you are sure Thetis is not running, nor opensdr or any other program related to the HL2, then download the radio discovery tool from Richie: 
https://github.com/ramdor/DiscoverP1P2Radios/releases

Can you see the radio in your network? If not, just make a direct connection between your computer UTP port and the one of HL2.
