Hi!

I use the following config for maven:
<dependency>
<groupId>me.prettyprint</groupId>
<artifactId>hector</artifactId>
<version>0.7.0-29</version>
</dependency>

Maven fails with that message:
[INFO] Unable to find resource 'me.prettyprint:hector:jar:0.7.0-29' in repository central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2)

in the folder http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/me/prettyprint/hector/0.7.0-29/ not trace of any jar file (except test files), only pom files are present.

Did I do something wrong?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Sèbastien Druon

Thanks for posting about this. I went to http://search.maven.org/ and typed in "hector" and the first item in the list had the GAV as you mentioned it. Annoying that the actual one to use is 6 items down on the list.

The Maven repo is looking more and more like my garage every day.
