Using Hecl on BlackBerry

seems a little sparse, and I'd like more information on the following,
including some step-by-step instructions.
1. Is it possible to write a Hecl application on a PC, and download
and run that application on my BlackBerry Torch?
2. Is it possible to install an interactive Hecl interpreter on my
BlackBerry Torch?
3. Is it possible to set up Hecl on my BlackBerry Torch so that I can
load, save and run Hecl programs on the BlackBerry?
I'd appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Sorry it's not so well documented, but it is possible, if a bit rough.

Yes. I've run Hecl on a BB before, so I know it's possible.

Yes again.

Yes. You'll have to dig some, but it's possible - I think there are
some examples of just that in the example.
Unfortunately I can't give you a great deal of assistance, because the
blackberry toolchain is very Windows heavy, I don't have a current
Windows install, and I'm pretty busy in any case... Do send messages
though if anything comes up, and I'll do my best.
