Subject: How much interest in an extra practice on Saturday (5/22) @ 3:30?
Despite the rain, it was a good practice yesterday-- thank you to all who showed up. The biggest thing to stress is the need for players who are interested in developing their talent to practice between our practices. Two things that would benefit any player are working on moving the glove to the proper position to catch the ball and building up arm strength by throwing the ball long, low and hard.
There was some conversation after practice yesterday about the possibility of adding a practice next Saturday.
I will be out of town in the morning, but should be able to make it to a 3:30 practice in Hudson.
If somebody wants to run something earlier, they are welcome to make an offer.
Please let me know whether you would be interested in practice on Saturday and whether you can assist. Playing time in games will NOT be affected by attendance at practice.
I will consider the responses and make a determination by Tuesday afternoon.
Reminder: the practice this Thursday(5/20) at 5:30 is in Hudson.
