I. A Clinton-appointed Judge has ruled several key sections of Arizona's Immigration Law to be unconstitutional!

President Obama and the Federal Government win a big test of whether a state's rights can be overridden. This ruling does not bode well for the future of our freedoms and liberties.

"A federal judge on Wednesday blocked the most contested provisions of Arizona's new immigration law one day before they were to take effect, ratcheting up the legal and political debate over the increasingly divisive issue. U.S. District Judge Susan R. Bolton's ruling handed the Obama administration a key initial victory in its lawsuit against Arizona and Gov. Jan Brewer (R). It also set up a legal struggle that is likely to play out over several years and across numerous states, with Brewer vowing to take the case to the U.S. Supreme Court and legal experts saying the high court is likely to hear it. "

Remember that one of Cutting Edge's distinctives is that we always look at the opposite end of the public rhetoric to see if we can find the truth there, rather than from a Mass Media which parrots the Illuminati line and even to most alternative sites who do not understand either the Plan nor how it fits with Bible prophecy nor that the Republican and Democrat parties are simply an outworking of the "Dialectic Struggle".

What is really at stake in all this hoopla over illegal immigration is the formation of the North American Union, supernation #1 in the Illuminati Plan to reorganize all nations of the world into 10 -- the same number which Daniel 7:7-8 foretells! (Read NEWS2363). This immigration issue is very important, but not for the reason the entire Republican/Conservative/Right/Christian world is clamoring. This issue is important because the Obama Administration is ready to use the controversy to publicize the radical "solution" that the "real" answer to the illegal immigration issue is to create the North American Union and to declare everyone on the North American Continent a "North American Citizen".

Rather than reporting the details of this ruling, which is what every other Conservative website is doing, let us look at how this entire episode is being maneuvered into creating the North American Union. The Illuminati is using a domestic variation of the Dialectic Struggle, which we have long called the "Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan".

Remember, this is a Plan of the Global Elite which goes back centuries to Sir Francis Bacon in the very early 1600's; the Illuminati has been wanting to unite South America into one superstate and North America into another superstate for over 400 years (Manly P. Hall, 33rd Mason, "America's Assignment With Destiny: The Adepts In The Western Esoteric Tradition") .

Then, in 1972, their desire was incorporated into a global plan to reorganize the entire world into exactly 10 superstates, and that plan fulfills Bible prophecy.

Now let us see how this illegal immigration controversy is being manipulated to eventually create what no Conservative wants, i.e, the North American Union. In fact, you will see the surprising truth that genuine Conservatives are being tricked into fighting this battle, not realizing that their efforts will simply propel the Illuminati Plan forward!

Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan

Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.

Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.

Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT

of the debate.

Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.

Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.

Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.

This illegal immigration issue has been raging for over 30 years, and I believe the Illuminati has finally decided to use this "Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan" to finally knock all the obstacles down. After over 3 decades of intense pressure, the Arizona government, led by Governor Brewer, took action which many people have considered to be "so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public". The Arizona Law actually does something about illegal immigration, in that it "empowers police to question people who they have a 'reasonable suspicion' are illegal immigrants".

This law has enough teeth that many illegal immigrants were reported to be leaving Arizona before the law was scheduled to take effect.

From the moment the Arizona legislator passed this bill and the governor signed it, Liberals all over this land began to take pot shots at the law, thus setting off Step #2 -- shock and then outrage. Now that this Liberal judge has ruled with the Federal Government, it is Conservatives who are outraged and shocked.

This outrage and shock will play itself out to Step #4, where sheer repetition of the subject will be played across America in endless TV debates, newspaper columns and citizen outrage. Gradually, the debate will become somewhat muted because the energy of each side will be spent, and Step #5 will silently begin to take hold.

Then, at the right time, someone who is respected will speak from a respected forum and pronounce a new, bold idea that will solve the illegal immigration problem, hopefully to nearly everyone's satisfaction. This respected public person will propose that a North American Union should be completed so that every illegal immigrant instantly becomes a legal North American Citizen.

This is the issue, and while I am totally and instinctively opposed to anything which will erode and destroy our national sovereignty, I am a Biblical realist who understands that this North American Union will occur because it creates Nation #1 in the prophetic 10-nation global reorganization. The issue for people who understand what is going on, is the plucking of souls from the fire before God's judgment falls upon the entire world.

Very few people can see the link between this Arizona illegal immigration issue and the appearance of Antichrist. Yet, such a link exists and it is strong. As we detail in NEWS2363, Antichrist cannot arise on the world scene until all of the 10 supernations are formed. To the extent to which this story advances the establishment of North America, it has significant Antichrist implications.

II. Where is the moral outrage from the Vatican as the global scandal of its sexually deviant priests continues to spread around the world?

In our current newsletter, we quote an article which states that in Rome, 98% if all priests are gay. Since the Vatican is located in Rome, you must understand that this statistic probably is true of the sexual orientation of Vatican officials. Indeed, Vatican officials are seen then as trying to put a lid on an explosive issue rather than solving the disaster and extending relief and healing balm to the victims!

The heaviest toll came in a Sunni neighborhood of Baghdad, where 16 Iraqi troops died in what appeared to be coordinated assaults ... Another 17 people were wounded in the attack. The neighborhood was once an insurgent stronghold."

"Elsewhere, a suicide bomber drove a minibus into the main gate of an Iraqi army base near Saddam Hussein's hometown, killing four soldiers and wounding 10."

"In the western city of Fallujah, a pair of roadside bombs killed two Iraqi soldiers and wounded eight others."

"And in the northern city of Mosul, a bomb attached to a police vehicle killed one policeman and injured two others."

NEWS BRIEF: "Twelve killed in Iraq as Shiite pilgrimage ends", Associated Press, July 28, 2010

"KARBALA, Iraq — A series of attacks in Baghdad and a holy Iraqi city killed 12 people, while five others died in a helicopter crash, as major religious ceremonies came to a close ... In the deadliest attack, mortars killed seven people and wounded 46 in the Shiite holy city of Karbala, south of Baghdad, as pilgrims gathered late on Tuesday to mark the birthday of the Mahdi, the 12th and last Shiite imam."

As we have stated repeatedly over the past several years, President Bush's attack on Iraq was not meant to be the final chapter in God's last judgment on Ancient Babylon. One of the goals of the "Pentagon's New Map" is to break up countries where a single dictator is preventing proper movement of his country toward the global group of nations called the "Functioning Core". Saddam Hussein had remarkably established a unified Iraq where he held together the three very separate and very different groups, the Shi'ites, the Sunnis and the Kurds. One of the major goals of this invasion was to break Hussein's unnatural hold over these peoples and allow Iraq to disintegrate into three separate countries, thus making Iraq that much easier to control by outside forces. Mark my words, once American forces are gone, Iraq will split into the most bloody war between Shi'ite and Sunni. And, when they bleed each other white, the Kurds will pounce from the north, thus completing the prophecy of Isaiah 13.

I. Global taxation through the United Nations is becoming a reality!

Whenever a sovereign nation allows the U.N. to levy and collect taxes, that nation is no longer sovereign! That nation has just bowed her knee to a new global master!

NEWS BRIEF: "UN panel explores new taxes, incentives to raise $100 billion for annual climate change fund", Fox News, august 5, 2010

"BONN, Germany (AP) — Carbon taxes, add-ons to international air fares and a levy on cross-border money movements are among ways being considered by a panel of the world's leading economists to raise a staggering $100 billion a year to fight climate change."

How radical is this taxing proposal for a non-existent problem? The answer may shock you.

"In short, a new industrial revolution is needed to move the world away from fossil fuels to low carbon growth...."

When the Illuminati suffers a defeat on one of their pet global projects, they simply shut their mouths for a short time, allowing the furor over their radical proposal to die down in the news. Then, they quietly convene governmental panels to implement their proposal, ignoring the fact that their original premise has been proven to be completely bogus.

In the area of Climate Change, opposing scientists brilliantly set for their objections, showing that Climate Change is bad, bad science.

Then, just as a huge global conference was convening in Copenhagen last year, someone leaked emails between Climate Change scientists, in which we learned that they were very bold when speaking amongst themselves in admitting that they had no effective science behind their claims. We further saw through these emails that these scientists "cooked the books" in a number of critical areas.

While this Copenhagen conference achieved some of their goals, they were stymied in making huge changes. But, now, a "panel of the world's leading economists" are now meeting quietly in Bonn, Germany, to pass international taxation laws. Of course, no individual citizen of any single country will get a chance to lobby their representatives as to what they think about getting hit with new taxes, from the United Nations no less.

If this new taxation program does go through and if individual governments actually collect the new taxes and passes the monies to the U.N., we can expect an entire slate of new global taxes very soon!

Occult leaders are literally "chomping at the bit" for an effective United Nations. Listen:

Just as Christians are looking for the coming of Jesus Christ, those involved with the occult or new age beliefs are anxiously awaiting the coming of a system of world government led by the one Christianity will call Antichrist. II. A California Federal Judge has just ruled that the ban on gay marriage which was voted in A 2008 referendum is unconstitutional.

We have felt from the very beginning that this outcome was most logical because the judge who made the ruling is gay himself!

Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker's strongly worded opinion in the landmark case - the first in a federal court to examine if states can lawfully limit marriage to a man and a woman - touched off a celebration outside the courthouse. Later in the day, a jubilant crowd marched through the city that has long been a haven for gays."

The Judge systematically overturned every single argument which the supporters of Proposition 8 had put forth. We show the highlights below.

"Ruling in a lawsuit filed by two couples who claimed the ban violated their civil rights, Walker methodically dismantled every argument advanced by sponsors of the voter-approved measure, known as Proposition 8, before declaring it unconstitutional."

* "Proposition 8 singles out gays and lesbians and legitimates their unequal treatment..."

* " 'Proposition 8 perpetuates the stereotype that gays and lesbians are incapable of forming long-term loving relationships and that gays and lesbians are not good parents'."

* "The judge, however, dismissed the notion that gay Americans were seeking a new right as opposed to one already guaranteed them as U.S. citizens under the Constitution's due process and equal protection clauses."

* "... the evidence shows Proposition 8 does nothing more than enshrine in the California Constitution the notion that opposite-sex couples are superior to same-sex couples', the judge wrote."

* " 'Proposition 8 played on the fear that exposure to homosexuality would turn children into homosexuals and that parents should dread having children who are not heterosexual', Walker wrote."

We have felt for some time now that the Judge would rule in this manner for a very simple reason -- he is gay!

"The biggest open secret in the landmark trial over same-sex marriage being heard in San Francisco is that the federal judge who will decide the case, Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker, is himself gay. Many gay politicians in San Francisco and lawyers who have had dealings with Walker say the 65-year-old jurist, appointed to the bench by President George H.W. Bush in 1989, has never taken pains to disguise - or advertise - his orientation."

While the article goes on to state that Judge Walker's sexual orientation would have no bearing whatsoever on his eventual ruling, we felt otherwise.

And, now that the ruling is a matter of public record, one can only stand amazed at the methodical manner in which the judge tore apart the arguments of the opposition to Gay Marriage, the people who persuade Californians to pass Proposition 8, the measure which banned gay marriage.

America thus continues to rush down the path toward full legalization of homosexuality. All of Western Civilization is hurtling toward becoming a new Sodom and Gomorrah. But, that is exactly the path which Jesus predicted as one of the signs that the End of the Age is upon us. Listen:

I. Iran is preparing the last step in her original 2003 plan on how she planned to defeat America in Iraq - she is throwing her proxy armies around Israel.

All four armies in the region are now on high alert, a further indication that the planned regional war is drawing closer at hand.

"Tehran threw all its weight behind Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah ahead of his contentious speech Monday, Aug. 9, by declaring that 'Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan are Iran's security belt' ..."

For the past seven years, discerning observers have warned that Iran's strategy called for the armies of Lebanon and Syria to become proxy armies of the Ancient Persian Republic. After all, Iran had trumpeted to the world in late March, 2003, as Coalition Forces were crossing into Iraq, that she had a classic guerilla plan by which to defeat the Americans, a plan which naturally ended with an attack on Israel.

Please take a few moments to read this article, NEWS1910, entitled, "HAS IRAN 'IGNITED MANY FIRES' TO SET OFF MIDDLE EAST REGIONAL WAR?"

Notice that the last step was to take down Israel.

In other words, Iran was not only going to defeat the Coalition Forces in Iraq, but she was not going to stop until she had also destroyed Israel. That March, 2003, plan seems to be on target!

What is surprising in this featured news statement, above, is that this Iranian proclamation includes the armies of Iraq and Afghanistan in its list of countries whose armies are allied with Iran in this great struggle against the armies of the West. For Iran to identify Iraq and Afghanistan as part of her allied armies means that Iran believes she has won the wars in those countries. As of right now, the population of most Western countries does not believe that Coalition Forces have lost these wars to local insurgents; however, that concept will change rapidly once Iraq begins to fall irretrievably to Iranian influence once the American pullout is 'passed the point of no return'.

Cutting Edge posted an article in 2005 in which we predicted that Iran would defeat Coalition Forces in the Iraq war. This article is NEWS2060, entitled, "IRAN WINNER OF IRAQI WAR? HOW COULD "AXIS OF EVIL" NATION POSSIBLY ENGINEER DEFEAT OF MIGHTY USA?"

Now, let us return to our featured news article:

"Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has clearly taken charge of the Lebanese situation. He is maintaining control through two top officials kept standing by in Beirut and Damascus as Nasrallah prepares to accuse Israel of assassinating Rafiq Hariri, four-time prime minister of Lebanon, in February 2005."

This is the plan, evidently. Iran is pushing Hezbollah leader, Nasrallah, to declare that Israel was behind the assassination of former Prime Minister of Lebanon in 2005, Rafiq Hariri. Such a false declaration would throw the entire region into turmoil and would propel the countries closer to actual confrontation. Original evidence overwhelmingly indicted Syrian agents as the force behind the assassination. To accuse Israel now would only serve to whip up the Arab peoples, thus giving individual Arab leaders a mandate for war.

As Doc Marquis stated in his new DVD, "The Protocols of Zion: The Plot Against Israel", the entire region is now in the "Birth Pangs" of World War Three!

II. The Roman Catholic Church continues to demonstrate her total lack of moral persuasion with her own people!

Overwhelmingly Catholic Mexico upholds the gay marriage law, even though the Church completely opposes it.

NEWS BRIEF: "Cardinal criticizes Mexico's high court for upholding law allowing gay marriages in capital", Fox News, August 8, 2010

"MEXICO CITY (AP) — Cardinal Norberto Rivera sharply criticized Mexico's Supreme Court on Sunday for upholding a law allowing homosexuals to marry in the capital, calling the ruling 'aberrant' and 'immoral'. The Roman Catholic archbishop said it was wrong to go against Christian doctrine that recognizes only marriages between a man and a woman.

" 'The church cannot fail to call evil evil', Rivera said in a statement."

Can you imagine the gall of this Cardinal when he ignored the mountains of gay immorality of its clergy so he could focus on the much smaller societal problem of gay marriage? While I do not know the exact statistics, I do know that 98% of all priests in Rome are gay, as we reported in an article last week. I do know that over 75% of all Catholic seminary students are gay, as Bill Schnoebelen reported in the new DVD, above, "Catholicism: A Church On Haunted Hill".

Furthermore, since the Catholic Church occupies the most important national position of maintaining the moral purity of Mexico, the sins of her priests are far more damaging to the nation than gay marriage.

Rome has permanently lost the ability to persuade her own people not to accept the sin of gay marriage, because her priests are guilty of gay rape of innocent children!

This entire sorry episode reminds me of what my Daddy used to say: "You actions speak so loudly I cannot hear a word you are saying"!

III. North Korean military forces have dramatically escalated tensions in the region!

Remember, a North Korean nuclear confrontation with the West is one of the wars in the planned World War III.

NEWS BRIEF: "North Korea fires artillery rounds into the sea: Move comes a day after the North seized a South Korean fishing boat", Los Angeles Times, August 9. 2010

"In a pointed example of escalating tensions on the Korean Peninsula, North Korea on Monday fired more than 100 rounds of artillery into the waters off its west coast ... The move came one day after the North seized a South Korean fishing boat and its seven-man crew that officials claimed had violated North Korea's exclusive economic zone."

North Korea has been acting belligerently ever since South Korea completed her annual naval and air exercises with American forces in the region. Every year, North Korea reacts belligerently to these exercises, usually calling them "tantamount to a declaration of war".

"Tensions have remained high since late March, when North Korea torpedoed a South Korean military ship on patrol near the naval border, killing 46 crewmen aboard. Although a South Korean-led investigation of the incident has pinpointed North Korea as responsible for the sinking, Pyongyang has denied any involvement."

What is significant about these escalating tensions in the Korean Peninsula area is that they are occurring at the same time as tensions are escalating in the Middle East. As soon war breaks out in the Middle East, North Korea will begin to ratchet nuclear war tensions against South Korea and the West. That is the Plan.

Listen to the exact wording of the Illuminati Plan:

"A hair-raising nuclear confrontation in Korea may, towards the end of the period, threaten man's very survival." (Peter Lemesurier, "The Armageddon Script: Prophecy In Action", page 223)

Therefore, we should expect that tensions will increase toward war in tandem, with North Korea matching the increasing tensions of war with the Middle East.

IV. The American Dollar continues its planned descent, in preparation for the creation of the North American Union, and the conversion to the AMERO.

The Fed is expected tomorrow to downgrade America's economic prospects, putting further pressure on the Dollar. The AMERO waits in the wings, as does the North American Union.

"The Federal Reserve is set to downgrade its assessment of US economic prospects when it meets on Tuesday to discuss ways to reboot the flagging recovery. Faced with weak economic data and rising fears of a double-dip recession, the Federal Open Market Committee is likely to ensure its policy is not constraining growth and to use its statement to signal greater concern about the economy."

As to be expected, many Republican and/or Conservative news organizations are trumpeting this downgrade as further proof that the economy is about to completely crash. Nothing could be further from the truth. What is occurring is that the transition to a North American Union economy continues; in order to propel a reluctant America into the new Union, an economic crisis must be maintained -- just as Doc Marquis quoted "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" in his new DVD.

A further sign that this North American Union plan is behind this new economic trouble is the reality that the Dollar is currently declining. But, why should we be surprised, if the new Union is the real target? After, the North American Union needs a new currency -- supposedly to be called the "AMERO".

"Aug. 9 (Bloomberg) -- The dollar traded near an eight-month low against the yen as signs the U.S. economic recovery is slowing add to speculation the Federal Reserve will take steps tomorrow toward providing more stimulus. The greenback was close to the weakest level in three months against the euro before a report this week economists said will show the cost of living in the U.S. rose at a slower pace."

Once again, Republican and/or Conservative news organizations are telling their people that this slippage of the Dollar is proof positive that a catastrophic economic collapse is about to occur. As always, we wholeheartedly disagree!

Beginning in 1993, Doc Marquis reiterated to me time and time again that the Illuminati had decided not to trigger a complete economic collapse until the planned World War III was underway. Until then, they wanted Americans to feel prosperous enough to continue to rush after the gods of Materialism and Mammon.

This current economic crisis will end with the creation of the North American Union and its new currency. From that moment onward, people will become more prosperous until the World War III is triggered.
