Next Thursday is Hack Your Hackerspace on the 2nd/4th Thursday, after a brief hiatus from Thursday events which normally occur on 1/3/5th Thursdays. Sorry for any confusion!

We'll also have the quarterly board meeting on Thursday as well, so you also have the chance to get official board discussion on the events of the past 3 months (and the next 3!)

What do you want done in the lab? We've got a world-class hackerspace and a downtown full of potential... lots of projects in the works too, and new things showing up almost every day. What would you like to see?

I'll put together the agenda on Monday night to allow time for proposals and discussion. Some outstanding issues awaiting a formal proposal (or just someone to take action) include:

- New members requesting card access (I am no longer automatically proposing card access for new members to avoid bias)

- Arcade cabinet, extra vending machine, and other items occupying lab space

- Signage and front displays

- Beverages

- Grand Opening, Birthday Party, Maker Faire

From whiteboard:

- TV, donations, boxes in shop?!

- Tables in woodworking

- Secure grid shelf in Radio Deer Head Room to wall

I'd like to propose fzf and Mike's card access. They're both daycrowders, and pretty cool. Were around gangplank back in the day.

Looks like the agenda is card access for fzf and Mike, and the tabled budget proposals. The board meeting will be happening on Thursday as well, so it's a good opportunity to come and talk about the status and future of the lab! The next board meeting will be after an election, and in 3 months!
