First i would like to Thank Brian for the nomination. Unfortunately, our=20
current by laws are written such that I=E2=80=99m ineligible to run.=E2=80=
=9DCandidates for=20
offices in the Board of Directors must be dues-paid members in good=20
standing with these bylaws.=E2=80=9D as I=E2=80=99m not (for those who don'=
t know) a do=20
paying member and must be to run for the board. For those who are wondering=
=20
my access to the space is granted by my position on the operations team and=
=20
not to me. As I can't now nor in the near future afford to become a dues=20
paying member. I can not in good faith run.
