Any licensed contractors, electricians and/or drafting engineers?

Do we have any licensed contractors, electricians or drafting engineers around?  We need a deal :)  We need to finish up some hopefully simple plans for the new location so we can get do a a little electrical and a tiny bit of demo and finally get our certification of occupancy.  

We have some other options that might come through, but we could use more, and we could stay within our group.
