I'm interested. We are spending Thanksgiving in az this year. I wouldn't
mind helping cook, or doing the cooking. Everyone says I'm a fine cook.

I can teach you :) my kitchen is up for grabs. If it is just going to be a
small group. We can bonfire. I'll make mulled cider. And an awesome turkey.
Excited now, haven't made a full Thanksgiving dinner in years. Mmmm the
homemade gravy and stuffing and sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes and
cranberry sauce, omg homemade cranberry sauce. I will makes it for you.

New question! How many people would like to come TUESDAY night instead, and
potluck it inside a staying-open-just-for-us LoFi? We could eat, relax in
their comfy chairs, watch stuff on their new projector screen, have coffee,
and easily pop over to the lab if we feel like hacking on stuff.
This way we can party it up without taking over the lab for anyone who was
planning on getting stuff done.
What say you? Interested in coming?

Hokay, I've reserved LoFi Tuesday dinnertime for HSL noms, chillin, and
videos on the big screen!
Please bring a *1-4 person portion of a main dish or side dish*, and maybe
announce it here beforehand so we don't all bring the same thing :) if you
have dietary needs, please bring something filling so that you aren't
stuck eating hummus. Tofurkey and gluten-free stuffing is totally welcome!
If you can't bring anything, stop by anyway!
I'll coordinate utensils and LoFi will be open to make us drinks. If you'd
like to bring a beverage, please make sure it's respectful of LoFi staying
open late for us for free :)

Made a quick google doc that anyone can edit with what they are bringing. Listed some traditional foods people can bring. Feel free to add to the list with non traditional stuff, things I forgot and other suggestions:
Have to work all day and don't know how to cook a turkey, but I could see
if that BBQ place past monsterland could make a turkey before 6, unless
someone else has got that covered >_>

Bbq place is gonna hook us up at turkey legs and some sides. They can't
have a whole turkey ready that fast. Sorry if you hate legs
