Facilitator

Hi everyone, 

I am looking for a facilitator in Cambodia for a meeting in October organised by Social Health Protection Association. The challenge being are almost non-existent budget, so, this is a bit of a long shot but if anyone knows of a Cambodian or expat willing to facilitate a half day meeting with MoH and MEF in exchange for a small fee and an interesting topic (the future of voluntary health insurance for the informal sector) then please do let me know.
