Can you please recommend a good customer care ticketing tool for an e-commerce company. Around 500-1000 tickets a day.

Was just curious about what tickets you are talking about??? I mean the airlines ticket or other means of travel????

As you have a high number target in your mind.

Best get it developed from the professionals.

Else - Tools like - Mantis or a .net free ticket management system also helps.
