Few questions about starting new venture.

Hi all,

I have few questions (may be very generic) running in my mind on starting new venture. Please provide answers based on your knowledge.

1. If I have an idea but do not want any partner, How to go about venture funding/loans/subsidy etc ? Just making a project plan & presenting to VC would do ?
2. Is there any site which provides details on what kind help is available from central & state governments regarding loans & subsidy ? (Specially agro processing & CleanTech renewable energy)
3. If VC or individual gives fund of say Rs 5 crore, Do they become partner or they will get x % of company ownership ? Who decides what % of ownership they will get ?
4. If I start a company, Can I give myself title of CEO & Founder by default ?
   
5. What is difference between Limited, Private Limited,  etc titles ? I know one thing that if company is Pvt limited they can become public limited by IPO or shares. Can I register as XYZ International ?
6. Can a company be registered on home address if office is still now rented or there is no plan for office until in profit.
7. Are you aware of anyone / venture fund who invests in Agro-processing related (not farming in farms) export project & CleanTech renewable energy ?
