Can anyone give good references of Lawyers, CA, etc. in Mumbai or Chennai for Trademark Registrations.

Mr. Suresh,

If you have company already in place it is advisable to register in Company's name..

Because once it is registered in owner's or proprietor's name, if it needs to be transferred you will have spend money to do that...

However, if you are looking to exit in short term, it is better to be in owner's or proprietor's name.
