I am not volunteering to organize this,
as I will probably be working the Techshop booth.
Plus, last time I was there my robot got run over by a CupCake.
The HBRC secretary/treasuere, Osman Eralp, is in charge of event
volunteers.

Perhaps outside of the normal meeting? Although I'll make sure Simone
or I am at the meeting this month.
We always need volunteers. And we have a few paid positions too.
