Pillow blocks; one, two?

My plan is to remount my motors more inboard and put one pillow block between the motor and the wheel.  I got to thinking, should I be using two?   This little guy isn't going to weigh more than 10 or 15 lbs at the outside.

You can get away with one pillow block up against the wheel. the other
end can connect with a coupler, there is little lateral load at that point.
